Boulevard Collision Center hereby warrants all metal and paint work covered on the designated repair order against any defects in workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

Boulevard Collision Center hereby warrants all replacement parts covered on the designated repair order against failure for a period of ninety days from the date of this warranty. This warranty is secondary to the extent of a product manufacturer's warranty.

Specifically excluded from this warranty are repaint for rust or failures due to vehicle owner's negligence, abuse or misuse of the vehicle.

Any implied warranty' is limited to the minimum period permitted by federal and/or state law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the implied warranty may not apply to you.

Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, commercial loss or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
